Shipping Policy

Charmed Supplies & Goods charges a handling and processing fee of $5.00. The shipping cost depends upon where the order is being shipped to from our manufacturer's warehouse in Illinois. 

No partial orders will be sent. If an item is in backorder, we will retain the whole order until the item is available for shipping. You will receive an email when the item has been shipped, and shipping information will be emailed to you so that you may track it's shipping. NOTE: AFTER AN ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR WHEN IT ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

In the "Comments", you must specify if you need the order rushed, and a the specific desired delivery deadline, so that the warehouse can deliver to your specifications. RUSH ORDERS ARE $2.00 EXTRA. If you do not specify your need of a "rush order" then you will NOT receive a refund if the order is not delivered by the time you need it. Option for a RUSH order is available at checkout.
